The 6-1/2" ruler is a two color patented ruler (yellow and black) that works great on any color surface. The top side has thin black markings for use on light colors. Flip it over and the opposite side has thin yellow markings for use on dark colored materials. Use it to make smaller squares up to 6-1/2", diamonds, triangles and squaring up blocks.
